Sunday Wedding Package

Access:

• Check-in on the premises Sunday at 12:00noon
• Full access to chapel, reception hall, and outdoor areas through check-out
• Check-out is on Sunday at 10:00pm

Meals to be included:

• Sunday afternoon meal during the reception
• LOCATION:  All meals will be served in the reception hall

Wedding Chapel

• Non-Denominational
• Seating up to 50
• Couples are encouraged to bring their own celebrant
• Flowers & decorations are allowed to be brought in  
• POND CEREMONY - In lieu of using the chapel for the wedding ceremony, if the couple chooses, the ceremony may take place at the pond, however at this time there is no actual seating.   It is available if desired.

Reception Hall

• Kitchen restroom facilities, and an open deck area for creek viewing
• Seating accommodations for up to 75
• Restroom facilities
• Open deck area for creek viewing
• Menu choices are buffet style and include a selection of hot and cold beverages
• Table cloths, linens, plates & silverware are provided.
• Flowers & decorations are allowed to be brought in  

Additional Notes:

• All planning of the weekend events, decorations, flowers, and wedding cake are the responsibility of the couple's wedding coordinator - this is not something provided by the venue although our staff will assist in every possible way to ensure your day goes as you would like.
• Rules regarding decorations and how they affect the venue must be followed  
• TIME FRAME - Due to being in the depths of the Pristine Forest with a rugged twisting road being the only access to the premesis, there is a strict shut-down time.   It is preferred to have the ceremony by 2:00pm in order to have all guests safely on their way to the main road by 10:00pm.   Your adherence to this time frame is expected and appreciated.
